Well positioned flat. Very good phonic isolation, but once you open the windows, you get a glimpse of the busy Alghero streets and, occasionally, a free performance from the Cajo pizzeria stuff from across. Historical center, so of course it's an old building, but everything inside is looking and works brand new. Hosts were very helpful, yet totally non intrusive. They helped a lot, considering we had a very long flight delay. You can see all over the care for the guests, the trust and the desire to create a pleasant experience.
