This hotel feels like home, clean and comfy. The staff at front desk gave us detailed introduction to bolzano city, including eating touring and transportation. They replied on booking APP and email promptly, provided all convinience like clothes drying and washing. Check-out time was fixed but the staff waited for us for one hour to help us checkout early, and gave us delicious lunch packs to go.

The staff taking care of the breakfast was very friendly and provided a wonderful service. Same, very nice staff at the Bar and Reception. The Suite was big and very clean, confy bed.

The relaxation area features heated water beds and a selection of fruit juices and herbal teas. We had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was spotless and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions and public transport. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. We were particularly impressed with the delightful afternoon snack provided by the hotel, which was a lovely treat. Additionally, the gourmet dinner was an absolute highlight of our stay, featuring exquisite dishes and impeccable presentation. The wellness facilities were outstanding. The sauna was incredibly relaxing, and the pools were pristine and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Overall, we highly recommend hotel for anyone visiting the area. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay. The standout moment of our visit was undoubtedly the delicious dinner we enjoyed – a plate of perfectly prepared spaghetti with seafood that left our taste buds in awe. One of the great perks of our stay was the city card provided by the hotel. This card granted us free access to various modes of public transportation and museums, adding incredible value to our trip. It made exploring the city and its cultural attractions a breeze. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the breathtaking view it offered. Both our rooms and the restaurants provided extraordinary vistas that left us in awe. The combination of good food and spectacular scenery made our evenings at the hotel unforgettable. The convenience of public transportation from the hotel to the city center was another highlight. The bus station was conveniently located right in front of the hotel, ensuring that getting around the city was both easy and hassle-free. Overlooking the Dolomites and Piazza Walther, Bolzano's main square, Hotel Greif, a Member of Design Hotels is a design hotel set in a historical building. It offers a free gym and stylish rooms with free WiFi and wooden floors. I couldn't recommend more this hotel! Impeccable hospitality, it really is difficult to find any flaws. The room was beautiful and with a very high attention to detail. Each room of the hotel is dedicated to a contemporary artist, so each one has works of art of a particular artist; what a wonderful idea! In every step inside the room you can see the attention to the guest. Very confortable mattress and pillow, big size room, wonderful parquet and linen, nice toiletries of a brand with natural ingredients, white marble bathroom, very clean room, different choices for the lights just beside bed, real fluffy sleepers and kettle for coffee and tea. I had a view to the central square of the city center and the hotel is just so close to all the major attractions of the city. The breakfast was excellent and the staff so very welcome and kind. Overall, one of the best stays I have ever had, my most sincere compliments to all the staff!
