However, it's well located, close to cities like San Gemigniano, Siena, and Florence. It takes me less than 30 minutes to get there from San Gemigniano. The breakfast is excellent, with cheese, ham, and prosciutto sandwiches, croissants with pistachio cream, hot and cold drinks, all prepared fresh to your liking. There's an excellent restaurant across the street, with excellent food, service, and prices. One thing to note: they only accept cash or PayPal.

The staff members were all extremely friendly, kind, and helpful! Most importantly, it is located right across from the main train station and close to everything.

Everyone was so kind, warm and friendly and made us feel so welcome and looked after. Special mention to the bartender, the most lovely guy ever that took time to chat with us and was so so kind and friendly!!

Special mention to Elizabeth who was always there to assist me wether booking me taxi, helping store my meds, giving valuable tips for Lucca. She is simply amazing! My room was huge! I had a separate receiving area outside my room. That’s where all my luggage went. Bathroom had an old school bidet which was cool. Breakfast was the usual European breakfast of cold cuts and assorted breads and fruits. I would highly recommend booking this place! It’s a gem!
