Excellent Breakfast and central location in this beautiful area. Very old hotel, but very neat and proper for a short stay

Located 2 km from JR Nagoya Station, Hotel Trusty Nagoya Shirakawa is conveniently located above a shopping mall. Rooms are air-conditioned, with free WiFi access and a private bathroom with bathtub. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Nagoya! The location in Sakae was perfect—it’s in a quieter part of the area, so you get peace and comfort, but just a few steps away is the lively side filled with bars, restaurants, shops, and everything you might need. GU and Uniqlo were less than a 10-minute walk away, plus Donki and so many other stores were nearby as well. And the best part? Both 7/11 and Family Mart were literally just downstairs. The room size was surprisingly spacious, especially for Japan standards, which made our stay extra comfortable. The staff were absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful. They even provided a cot for our baby, which we truly appreciated. Although the lobby is located on the second floor, it wasn’t an issue at all—if you need assistance, the staff can easily reverse the escalator direction for your convenience. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would gladly stay here again on our next trip to Nagoya. Highly recommended!

Renewed in April 2017, Hotel Resol Nagoya is a 5-minute walk from Nagoya Station and 3 km from the Nagoya Castle. It offers modern accommodation with 2 dining options and rooms with free WiFi. I like that its near nagoya station which is just 6-10 mins walk. I also love that Ichiran is also at the same building and I can eat ramen anytime specially avoiding long queues.

Just 500 metres from Sakae Subway Station, Nagoya Tokyu Hotel features a fitness centre with indoor pool, a sauna and 3 dining options. The room was fantastic. Very comfortable. The facilities were also very nice we used the swimming pool and sauna. There’s an extra cost but it’s very nice and not busy. There’s bar was so relaxing. Also every single member of staff we dealt with was helpful and friendly. Even arranging the return of an item we left by mistake! I look forward to staying again.
