The Japanese style room was cosy and the futon beds were really comfortable. The location is top - next to the train station and Nara park, so we didn't have to use any public transport at all while in Nara.

From the very first moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful decor/landscaping and hospitable staff. The staff member(s) were excellent in explaining how to stay in a ryokan (as visitors with no experience, this was very helpful) by showing us around our room. We tried their restaurant's traditional Japanese breakfast and it was superb! Additionally, we booked a private onsen and it was so clean and relaxing, offering stunning views of the city. I cannot recommend this stay enough, we can't wait to go back!

Very clean, genuinely friendly staffs and very good food. Every day it is a different ryokan meals.very delicious too.

Parking is available at extra charge. WiFi is available in all guest rooms. The food is great, don’t forget to order vegan meals if you are vegan or veggie because they do serve meat and fish at this monastery. The location is great, the grounds are immense and very beautiful especially at night. Sleeping on a futon is not my thing but apart from that the rooms are comfortable and the monks are very nice.

It is set 20 km from Iwafune Shrine and provides a lift. There is a terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station.

Guests can also relax in the shared lounge area. The staff were amazing and everything was so clean and welcoming.

Very comfortable, spacious room. Exceptional host. He is so friendly and recommended an amazing sushi restaurant. You can tell he really takes pride in his ryokan. The common area was lovely to spend time in and it was no issue storing our bags. The location is also easy to get to by bus from the JR station and it's a short walk to the main Nara sights (or you can rent his bikes for cheap). So welcoming and comfy. 10/10 recommend.

Open from August 2017, located just a 5-minute walk from JR Nara Station, Centurion Hotel Classic Nara offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi throughout the property. Kintesu Nara Station is a 7-minute walk away, and Kofuku-ji Temple is 15 minutes on foot. The staff were polite and helpful, assisting me with storing my luggage in the morning and informing about Nara and the hotel. The room and beds were clean. The staff took efforts to get the stamp on my sketch right. The location is convenient, just a one minute walk from JR Nara Station and approximately a 12 minute walk from Nara Kintetsu Station.
