Mooi authentiek hotel, klein maar daardoor erg gezellig. 2 verschillende baden/onsen die privé te gebruiken zijn. Fijn dat er ontbijt bij zat en het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De ryokan kamer (traditioneel) is een echte aanrader!

Fantastic location - short walk to station and heritage area. Host was very helpful showing us how to get around and how to reach the sites we wanted to see.

Annex Turtle Hotori-An ligt naast de rivier de Daiya en groene bossen, op ongeveer 20 minuten lopen van de heiligdommen van Nikko. Het beschikt over warmwaterbronbaden met uitzicht op de rivier. This was a delightful small family hotel . Loved the private onsen . The room was extremely comfortable. The staff was amazing . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay .

Nanaeyae is aantrekkelijk gelegen in de wijk Kinugawa Onsen in Nikko, en ligt op 22 km van Treinstation Nikko, 25 km van schrijn Nikko Toshogu en 41 km van Kegon-watervallen. Wow! I don’t even know how to express our stay but this is one of the Ryokan that we have to thought about visiting again. Everything was perfect! This is the real Ryokan that we want to experience,The greetings welcoming , the hospitality, the food also delicious ! One more thing that’s really impressed us was that “Okami-San” came to visit us during the dinner, she really kind even though we don’t speak Japanese she tried to communicate with us. She also recognized one of my family members who his birthday just passed 2 days ago, she came to wishing him a birthday and when we checked out she also gifted him a birthday gift. Such a heart warming place. Oh forgot to mention the hotel, the Onsen has such a beautiful view not that big but no crowded at all! I think because they don’t accept that many guests per day which make us feel so relaxed and privacy. Every staff member are nice and kind.

Guest House Kuranomachi ゲストハウス蔵の街 is gelegen in Tochigi, op minder dan 1 km van treinstation Tochigi, en biedt accommodatie met een gedeelde lounge en gratis privéparkeren. The accommodation is in a beautiful and peaceful town, lots of great food and cafes nearby, if you want a break from the city this town is perfect. The accommodation itself is very clean, it has shared showers and a toilet with locks on them, ACs in the rooms. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, check-in is very straightforward, they even let us store our items in our room before the specified check-in time.

Tsuganoki bevindt zich in Nikko, op 19 km van station Tobu Nikko, en biedt uitzicht op de rivier. Staff were fantastic, especially the Auntie!!! She was so kind, helpful, enthusiastic. The dinner and breakfast were incredible, super authentic, traditional Japanese style. The room was spacious, clean and fully equipped.
