The host and her mother are amazing and I was provided lots of great tips on places to visit and eat at in Namwon. Added bonus are the very cute and friendly cats of the owners that sometimes visit.

There's a primary school next door and at 9am the kids assemble and there and school music was played, it was very faint and you could easily sleep though it just FYI but as a foreigner this really captured me, I remember being a child and doing this kind of school assembly at my primary school in rural Australia. Sometimes I felt like I was staying in the Korea of hundreds of years ago
