The place is beautifully located in a rice paddy. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hosts were kind, helpful and lovely (x10). We found the home cooked meals (breakfast and dinner) better than what the restaurants in town could offer. We booked our Yala safari through them and everything went smoothly. I can not speak highly enough of the place and the owners.

Each room has a private bathroom. Coconut Gardens Hotel & Restaurant features free WiFi . By far the best hotel out of 7 that we stayed at during our 2 week trip to Sri Lanka. The staff were great, the hotel is absolutely gorgeous, the food is sublime and the driver who took us on safari was very acommodating and good at his job.

We spent a night there. I wish we could have spent one more night together. The safari was set up right away. Leopards were sighted. A really good breakfast was served to us.

We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner and his wife, two incredibly humble and kind people who genuinely care about their guests' experience. The Yala safari they arranged for us was fairly priced—much better than other quotes we had—and it was one of the best parts of our trip. Everything was well organized and enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommend Gaga Bees Yala to anyone looking for comfort, authenticity, and outstanding service near Yala National Park. We’ll definitely be back!

All chalets come with private bathroom facilities. The lagoon is amazing. The cottage that you is stay is pretty and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner is five star. I enjoyed staying there.
