At this hotel air conditioning, TV set and en suite bathrooms are standard. Each apartment is decorated with parquet floors and includes a lounge. The location is excellent, just outside the city walls. It's a 5 minute walk to the center of Kotor, and it was great not having to deal with crowds outside our hotel. Good safe parking. Excellent terrace. Very comfortable room and nice breakfast.

First of all - Marko is an AMAZING host. My spouse and I arrived one day early due to a planning error on our own part; Marko was extremely accommodating and helpful in trying to find us somewhere to stay for that first night (his hotel was fully booked at the time). It seems he's close friends with every single person in Perast, and in the end he found us a place to stay for the night (mind you, at a perfectly fair and reasonable price). Throughout our stay Marko and his wife were incredibly attentive to our every need, and gave us valuable and in-depth information about everything there is to do in and around Perast. The room we stayed in was spacious, quiet, super clean, and comfortably cool due to the AC. The view of the bay and the little harbor was fantastic too. Absolutely spectacular service; we cannot recommend it enough. 10/10!

Fabulous location. A general feeling of luxury in the room which was amazingly silent despite the location. The woman on reception (Marija) was exceptionally helpful. The buffet breakfast was the best I've had in a long time.
