Το Hotel RESIDENCE βρίσκεται στο Ulcinj, περίπου 2χλμ. από το κέντρο της πόλης, σε ένα πολύ ήσυχο μέρος της πόλης. Residence Apartments was a great hotel with a beautiful esthetic, a wonderful staff, and beautiful rooms. The rooftop is gorgeous and it was nice that jacuzzi's and a gym were available for use. The location was also great considering it is right in between Velika Plaza for the day and Mala Plaza for the night activities.

This guest house in Ulcinj was a real treat — modern, fresh, and beautifully kept. The property has a lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds, and our room came with a spacious balcony equipped with chairs, a table, and a drying rack. From the second floor, we even had a surprisingly wide view over the surroundings. Both dinner and breakfast were available on-site, and both were excellent. The guesthouse is run by a warm and hard-working family: the mother and grandmother took care of the kitchen, the children maintained the pool and made sure guests were comfortable, and the father — at the heart of it all — managed everything with genuine enthusiasm. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does, and it shows in every interaction. Communication in English was also excellent. One small note: while the Booking.com map is correct, Google Maps points about 50 meters off. Like in many parts of Montenegro, you just have to keep your eyes open and you’ll find the right spot.

We had a beautiful apartment on the second floor, overlooking the sea on both sides.The views are mesmerizing. You open the shutters and enjoy the beauty of the blue water and the town and the beach below . The apartment was spotless, hot water plentiful, bed very comfortable. There was a small fridge and a kettle to make tea. Internet worked well. Don’t even hesitate, book this gem and enjoy this very rare opportunity. The old town has such a fascinating history. Kulla is also the easiest hotel to access by the steps leading to the old town. Really 3 minutes up from the road. Easy steps. The staff. Another amazing chapter. Friendly, helpful, accommodating, cheerful, proud to be from Ulcinj. Florina is absolutely delightful. Beautiful people. We really did not want to leave. What an incredible experience. Miss Kulla e Balshajve and Ulcinj already. Oh, and breakfasts. I am still full. They keep brining goodies.
