Small things but having nice toiletries and thoughtful care put into the tea/coffee/drinks area in the room makes a difference. We had a room with a large bed and a sofa bed which was very well made up for our child. Both beds were very comfortable. A lovely lounge area with a fire in the evening. Kind and very helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.
