Desert Wonders Camp is situated on Eastern Sands that stretches from Eastern Hajars to the Arabian Sea. Lit by lanterns, the camp offers Bedouin-style accommodation with tents. The camp is Eco friendly and only uses solar systems. Amazing hospitality. Beautiful campsite with a very authentic Omani design and friendly staff. The owner Nasser looked after us very well. He took us for a drive around the dunes to show us his favorite viewpoints. We also feasted on homemade Omani food which was delicious. The tents made you feel immersed in the dessert landscape but were also very clean and comfortable. The dining area was beautiful.

Thousand Nights Camp is located in Shārqiyah. Some units are air conditioned and include a seating area with a flat-screen TV.The tented camp offers an outdoor pool. There is a children's playground at this property. No wifi Internet available. Everything about this place is amazing!

Sama Al Wasil Desert Camp is located in Shāhiq and offers a restaurant buffet. It includes table tennis and darts.

The accommodation will provide you with a seating area. Private bathroom also comes with free toiletries. Extras include a desk, bed linen and a fan. Very good design wabi-sabi . all activities is possible . very good dinner.

We booked 3 rooms for our group of 6 people. It's not just our rooms, but the entire hotel is very clean. The bathroom was also clean and smelled great. The location was convenient for us to explore the beaches close to Sur. We went to a hidden beach called Al-Khesah which is about 30 mins drive from the hotel. The beach was pristine and completely empty. This is no doubt one of best beaches I've ever been to. It is also convenient to drive to Bidiyah from this hotel.

All accommodations are either chalets or tents. The simple furnished accommodations feature carpeted floors and a seating area. They went the extra mile to make me feel at home. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though I was the only guest at the time , and vegetarian, they prepared some excellently meals. The room was spacious with very comfortable beds

Located in the middle of Sharqiya Sands of Oman’s Empty Quarter, Arabian Oryx Camp offers a Bedouin experience in the desert. It features a typical Arabic restaurant that serves a breakfast and dinner buffet. Nice camp in desert. Drove from Al Maha Al Wasil fuel station. Before we let reduce the tyre pressure for 1 OMR, by return they did the oppoosite and you can wash your car for 1.50-2 OMR. We enjoyed the stay, you can walk around the camp, watching sunset/rise or just sitting on the terrace and looking aroung. We were free upgraded and got very nice bungalow in the corner with the view on dune hills and in the morning we could look for the sunrise. The sun appears approx one hour after the official sunrise, do not get too early like we did :-)

Nice place, calm, crystal clear sea water beach, very good food, very friendly staff. Can join tours: turtle reserve, 3 hours boat surfing.

The owner is very nice and hospitable, as are the staff. The food was great, with a lot of vegetarian options.
