It features an outdoor pool and an on-site restaurant. Everything was excellent. The friendly staff, the fantastic dinner where you meet people from all over the world. Lot's of top class local food and almost "unlimited" wine supply from the house was included in the dinner package that you should not miss. Superb! The pool area was very nice and relaxing. You could also take long walks in the wine yards with fantastic views over the Douro valley. The room was very nice. Fantastic old style but gently renovated.

Wonderful staff who were available for anything at all - we had the most amazing stay and got engaged while we were there. Fabulous!!!

Free private parking is available on site. We arrived and were told by Tania that we'd been upgraded. What a surprise. It was perfect, right on the breathtaking river, with so many facilities to enjoy. I thoroughly recommend this place, I can't imagine it getting any better than this.

Such a beautiful and peaceful environment. Super friendly host and very service minded staff. The grand chilenen of the house asked us several times at the pool if they could get us something (wine, food etc). We loved our stay!

Everything was amazing. The host and staff are great. Very welcoming. The villa is beautiful, clean and maintained very well. We took our 6 month old on her first vacation in Portugal and we definitely recommend it! Rental car is not necessarily a must because they can provide transportation services, but it makes things a lot more accessible.
