This 5-star hotel has a chunk of the historical 14th century Muralha Fernandina, along with views over 17th century noble households. The staff we're unbelievable. We have never had service like this. The kindness with food on each floor, down to the free bar fridge was unreal. Location was also great.

Guests are welcome to relax at the hotel’s bar which features unique pieces and a welcoming ambience. The Intendente neighbourhood offers a variety of cafés, restaurants and bars with live music. We had a four night stay and we loved every aspect of it. The staff was extremely welcoming , explaining every detail to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The welcome drinks were much appreciated after a long day! Our room located on the 2nd floor had two small balconies overlooking a public square with a view of the castle. It was impeccable and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was always well garnished with fresh fruits and pastries, and of course an a la carte menu. The hotel is located two min. walk to the green metro line which means easy access to city center and airport. This was an extremely enjoyable stay. Worth returning to.

The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, creating a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The central location made it easy to explore Lisbon on foot, while the luxurious spa provided the perfect space to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The room was beautifully furnished with a stunning view and all the amenities one could need. A huge thank you to the hotel team for such a warm reception. I will definitely return and recommend this place to my friends!
