We had the better room with a massive king bed. Modern bathroom. Good heaters. You have the use of many of the common rooms for relaxing. Library. Pool table. Sitting room. Massive dining rooms all in period decor. Amelia who operates this home is very lovely and pleasant.

We stayed here for just one night with our family, and it was absolutely amazing. The house is both incredibly comfortable and beautifully authentic. It’s decorated in a charming rustic style while offering all the modern comforts. The bathtub was fantastic, and the shower was excellent. Despite the cold weather outside, the house was warm and cozy thanks to the well-functioning heating system and fireplace. The floors were a bit cool, but the bedrooms were perfectly warm, making for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was excellent, and the surrounding area is breathtaking. Patricia, who welcomed and took care of us, was incredibly kind and attentive. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t on our side, so we couldn’t enjoy all the amenities like the pool and jacuzzi, but we would love to return in warmer weather to fully experience everything this place has to offer. The location is truly magical—completely secluded, surrounded by stunning nature, with a small river nearby, grazing sheep, lush greenery, and mountains in the background. Absolute peace and beauty.

Even better, she helped me buy and prepare things for my friend’s birthday I also liked that there is a kitchen so you can easily cook your meals as well and all the utilities are there.

Words are not enough to describe Elsa’s hospitality and care. It’s 12 of 10! Will definitely stay at SerraVale again.

The traditional stone-built units are inserted in natural surroundings which include a garden and a flock of sheep. In 2 words.. A dream! So much thought has been given to details. The house is spotless! The breakfast basket is an amazing touch. We were supposed to travel throughout the area and ended up not wanting to leave the premise! A true gem.
