The breakfast at the hotel was very good and presented in a unique manner. The room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff were really nice and they kept my luggage during the day. Traditional Romanian cuisine can be ordered as well. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure everything was on point. We got a free upgrade from a queen room to a king room, which was amazing. The bed was incredibly comfortable and it helped me recover quickly from a 10 hour drive. They had an extra terrace on the second floor with easy access for smokers. The hotel is pet friendly and my dog loved it as well. The restaurant, although not having a big menu, provides amazing food and service. Breakfast was top - there is a person ready to prepare fresh omelets and pancakes, coffee and fresh juice is prepared on demand and served without extra charges and not from the typical buffet machines other hotels have. Plenty of secure parking spaces available.

It was our last day travelling and the place helped us a lot to organize the luggage for last time before taking the airplane. We like breakfast. It was a buffet in a cozzy saloom. Very nice!!

Everything, there was nothing not to like! The location of the hotel was very convenient for us, as we were driving from Bulgaria through Romania and wanted to have a stop around Timisoara. Friends had told us that there is a great aquapark and spa in Timisoara, so we looked it up. We decided not to stay at the Aquapark, instead we found Spa&Ice resort hotel which is at the outskirts of Timisoara, and that is what we needed. We also liked the room, we were upgraded to an apartment, since there was an issue with our room. The apartment was excellent, with all the corresponding amenities for a five-star accommodation, overlooking the swimming pool area! The spa and wellness facilities are great! Indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi, saunas, Salina, massages, relax area, just everything is great. Food is delicious and can be consumed either at the pool cafe, or in the restaurant inside. Breakfast is delicious, and one should see the hall! So elegantly furnished! The selection for breakfast is ample, with freshly baked bread, three varieties of eggs dishes, sausages, cheeses, fruit and veggies, etc etc, and the cappuccino was perfect, exactly the way I like it :) Staff are very friendly and helpful! Everything is well maintained and clean! We are definitely going back if we have to drive through that part of Romania!
