Pullman Zamzam Madina is een vijfsterrenhotel met 835 kamers en suites, grenzend aan Al-Masjid an-Nabawi en dicht bij de Al Salam Gate. I liked the room service, it was always very quick. Housekeeping team was really professional. Mr. Saeed Usman was very nice and always had a smile on his face. My daughter was sleeping and they kept the vacuum cleaner far away to make sure she didn’t wake up.
