Hanna especially was super helpful regarding our early arrival, as well as answering questions about Örebro and giving us an excellent restaurant recommendation: Gamla Örebro cafe in the Wadköping open air museum. Although it is next to the train station the double windows keep out all train noise so we slept very well. We also took advantage of the bar offerings in the late afternoon, and enjoyed sitting outside with our drinks at the picnic tables outside the hotel. We had a rental car during our stay and were able to park in one of the hotel’s parking spots in front of the building for a reasonable charge per day. (If you do not have a car, there are plenty of taxis available at the train station and numerous city buses stopping just south of the station.) We highly recommend the hotel and would happily stay there again.

The staff was exceptional, we came to the hotel past midnight but the lady in reception was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really nice, with good variety of. Interior of the hotel was luxurious .
