At first we were booked into 2 different rooms on separate floors but because we were with my teenage daughter we really wanted to at least be on the same floor. Despite the hotel being fully booked within 10 minutes they had found 2 rooms on the same floor with wonderful views over Khon Kaen. Superb service! On top of that incredibly comfy bed. Huge bathroom and delicious breakfast with everything you could possibly want. Will stay again if we come to the city again.

There was good storage space for luggage and clothes, convenient lighting with switches for bedside lights at the bedside. A large patio door and windows made it very bright. Bed and bathroom linens were excellent quality. The modern bathroom was spacious and had room for toiletry bags. Front desk staff were accommodating although their language skills in English were limited. The manager, Bobby, was very attentive and available to us at all times. We enjoyed our conversations in English with him and his great sense of humour!
