Nestled along the pristine stretch of Ao Kao Beach, Koh Mak White Sand Beach offers comfortable modern tropical bungalows with free WiFi. Everything! This place is like s little peace of paradise! The perfect mix of luxury and casual relaxed. Staff is extremely nice and serviceminded. The villa we had was beautiful and comfortable. Lots of space. The private beach area was perfect. Massage right next to the beach. The gym was very good standard, has all you need. We are definately coming back!

Offering direct access to beautiful Ao Kratueng Beach, Makathanee Resort is located on the island of Koh Mak. Guestrooms and the outdoor pool are set within tropical landscaped gardens. Property although a touch dated, overall is still rates as excellent. Villas, the grounds, the staff , food was excellent, only had breakfast and lunches but all great.
