Hotel was wonderfully maintained .staff was outstanding.the room was very comfortable.beautiful furnishings.the grounds were amazing with many topiary .swimming pools nice with plenty of lounges and umbrellas.hotel was situated. In the nicest part of hua hin beach.railray restaurant served outstanding breakfast and had 2 other meals there in the evening.compliments to the chef and the staff.enjoyable stay,I will be back for sure.well done

The property offers a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi is available throughout the property. Very nice stay. Rooms are clean, big and air conditioner works well. Nice terrace to sit outside. Location is good, near train station and shops, markets. Staff is very nice and helpful, they even helped us to get transport to Koh Samui. They rent motorbike and offer coffe/tea, sandwich for breakfast (free). We came here for one night, but everything was so good, that we stayed here for six nights. Would definitely come again!

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Hua Hin on our last visit, so we already knew we loved this area. This time, I wanted something more private to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and the secluded bungalows provided the perfect balance of privacy and convenience, just a one-minute walk from both the Cicada and Tamarind night markets. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional staff. The woman at the front desk, who may have been the manager, was incredibly kind to my parents and always made a point to greet us warmly whenever she saw us. The young gentleman at the front was also very welcoming—he even noticed my dad struggling to park due to motorbikes in the way and immediately ran over to help move them. The security guard was just as friendly, always greeting us with a smile each morning. That said, there’s some room for improvement. Breakfast could be enhanced by offering fresh milk with coffee instead of powdered packets. Additionally, while the location is fantastic, the live music from Cicada Market can be heard until 11 PM, which might be a downside for light sleepers. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service and a convenient location.

A highly recommended beachfront hotel in Hua Hin. The hotel is not very big but has a classic atmosphere. The beach is beautiful and wide. The sand is white and fine. The staff gave a warm welcome and were willing to provide very good service. Delicious breakfast. The taste pleases both Thais and foreigners.
