Rooms were clean with spare towels. Really nice feature was a map of the area on the wall as part of the decor, neat feature.

Our initial check-in was a bit of a miss due to the team on duty at that time, but thankfully Chandra stepped in and completely turned things around. She resolved everything quickly and went out of her way to make our stay a little extra special. Jordan was also helpful along the way, but Chandra was truly the star of the experience. The hotel itself has a great little bar and the breakfast was fantastic — definitely worth it. The location is convenient and felt safe, though downtown does get a bit sketchy at night. Overall, thanks to Chandra’s attention and care, our stay ended up being wonderful, and we’d happily return.

Stunning location--we loved the peace and privacy of being next to the river, while also being able to walk to restaurants in seconds. Nice house as well. Also wonderful to have the option to walk down to the river to the cool water or to soak in the hot waters of the hot tub.
