The accommodation features a sauna, evening entertainment and family rooms. We had a little glitch when we booked but the cruise line were fantastic and we got the room we wanted. They even threw in a bottle of wine to have on the back deck of our suite on the cruise ship. Everything was incredible from the jetted tub, large room, awesome linens, food which was superbly cooked and presented to the outings kayaking, cave hike, squid fishing. The general manager, Tim was available 24/7 and always with a smile and Kelvin the banquet manger did a fantastic job with our meals. They were both was so knowledgeable and gracious as were all the staff. We met some lovely people and could not have asked for a better time after travelling all over SEA for the past 6 months. It was the most relaxed we have been in a long time.

Day trips, limousine shuttle bus services and airport transfers can be arranged at a surcharge. Everything was amazing! The boat was wonderful, very clean and the food was really good! All the staff are kind, specially Anna, who manage our trip before, during and after de Cruise! Beautiful ship, nice view from our balcony, clean and comfortable room! Everything was well organized: we had relaxed day trips, good food and great service (especially our waiter LyLy was great knowing all our preferences and allergies).

The path for Tu Long Bay was amazing with a lot spots and with almost no tourists.

The boat was maintain in extremely good condition, the rooms we got were beyond expectations and beautiful. The staff was incredibly courteous and friendly. The food served throughout the cruise was superb and extremely tasty.
