The service was excellent and the hotel staff and the Spa were too good. That, Sophia, Harry, Julie, Huong are some of the staff names which come to mind. We were always greeted with a warm smile. The rooms were really well furnished and cosy. The location of the hotel was also spot on at the old quarter and it was very convenient for both shopping and sight seeing.

Our experience with Splendid Hotel was excellent. First of all, the personnel is outstanding, helpful and charming. We travelled with our 11-month-old baby, and they helped us with everything we could imagine and beyond. Starting with carrying our luggage, crib set up, through elastic hours of early check-in and late check-out without any pressure, with arranging laundry for us. The room was perfectly clean so the baby could crawl on the floor without stress. And I don't have to mention that the location is perfect - minutes form everything you want to see and experience in Hanoi. It was our 2nd stay in this hotel and we will be back for sure! Highly recommend it!

Very nice hotel, conveniently situated in the very heart of the Hanoi's Old Quarter. I really liked the room, particularly the desk by the window and the large bathroom. It was very spacious and convenient, everything was very clean. It was great that it didn't face the main street, so the room was peaceful and quiet. The staff were nice and I appreciated that they allowed me to check out a bit later. The breakfast was tasty with possibility to order eggs of one's choice.

Set in the Hoan Kiem district in Ha Noi, Champton Hanoi Hotel is just 300 metres away from St. Joseph Cathedral. Lily at the front desk was amazing she helped us a lot !!!

Hanoi Bella Rosa Hotel is located in Hanoi's Old Quarter Area and within 1-minute walk to Thang Long Water Puppet Theater and Hoan Kiem Lake. Free WiFi access is available throughout the property. We had the best room in the hotel, overlooking the Hoan Kiem Lake. Location is amazing, just a short walk to the lake. Less busy than the other parts of Old Quarter, but still has many of the famous shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The location is very central yet fairly quiet. Breakfast on the roof terrace was very nice. The room was very comfortable. Lily at the reception was an angle and tremendously helped me to sort out a mess-up with a 3rd party tour booking.

William at reception was very helpful and made us feel welcome throughout our short stay. The hotel rooms were clean and modern. We also enjoyed the view from the sky bar. The staff was also helpful in providing us tour information.
