The hotel is very central.near the train street and its located in a street full of shops and places to eat. They also booked us a transfer to the airport. I recomend this hotel to anyone o goes to Hanoi and wants to be in the central area.

First of all a special mention to Zenky who contacted me direct via Whatsapp months previously when I first booked the hotel. He was more than helpful and very informative. As were all the hotel staff. The room was fine and the breakfast very good. Although not easy to find on foot they gave you a street map which helped a lot to get your bearings in the old quarter of Hanoi. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is very close to Hanoi cathedral and Kiem Lake and it was great to walk round the bustling streets. Reception organised a private 4 hour jeep tour around the good and bad areas of Hanoi which was amazing, and they gave us a discount.
