We stayed here multiple times during our stay in Vietnam and enjoyed it every time! The staff is amazing - Linda and her team went out of their way to assist us, and Linda was always on call (WhatsApp), replying within minutes and helping us with all of our transport and tour arrangements. Upon our first arrival, we were provided with a list of places to see and eat, which was very helpful during our first few days in Hanoi. Also the location is great in the middle of Old Quarter. Highly recommend staying here!

I was there during Lunar New year but still everything was running smoothly. That was a great experience. I tried several hotels in hanoi and this was the best (even compared to more expensive ones).

This is one of the extra features about this place we like so much. The staff do their very best to make you feel welcome and take care of any problems.They really do look after you. I would certainly recomment this Hotel to anyone. We love it and will return again and again.
