They changed the towels everyday, they provide the water everyday and they gave us a small gift when we parted which means a lot for us coz it makes us feel to be part of the family. The staff was very helpful and friendly. A big thank you to the young lady-- sorry, I forgot her name--at the desk who helped me to book some day excursions with a local tour and also booked my trip to Nha Trang in the Limo bus. She was so nice and smiling. Unforgettable!! I'm not giving a 10 mark very often, but this place is worth it by much.
