Nice, clean and tidy room, quiet environment, great lakeside view. Dinner and breakfast are buffet with good food. We also booked massage service which was great. Onsen is very clean and relaxing tool.

It was a superb experience, exceeding any of our expectations. The room offered a sight into a traditional Japanese room, and it was equipped with kimono and other amenities to further make this experience more memorable. I would really recommend the dinner, with a lot of tasty, traditional Japanese dishes. The onsen was another strong point, perfect for taking a few relaxing hours amidst the crazy amount of walks of the last days. Also, the quality of service is something that stood out.

Every thing was great, welcoming host, confortable and large rooms in the japanese style, convenient location to easily visit the most important spots in Hakone (Gora, open air museum, cable car to Owakudani, Pola museum, Togendai and the lake, Fuji san view and trails, ...), and above all, amazing food, delicious and very refined Japanes cuisine, both for diner and breakfast. Amazing experience at a traditional Japanese hotel. The Onsen were super relaxing and the view was exceptional. The room view was amazing and the beds were super comfortable. It's close to the bus stop so it's easy to visit the main attractions in Hakone and come back. A bunch of restaurants nearby! The breakfast was super delicious and very traditional. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
