Included in the hotel fee, but do note that you have to pay a (cheap) onsen tax. Nice, big room and located near good food places. Staff are really friendly and really helpful even though they don't speak very much English (but Google translate suffices). Free shuttle bus service to Kesennuma station (and I think even to Sendai station). The restaurant is pretty good too!
