The staff is extremely friendly and pleasant. The onsen/hot baths are very nice. The lobby area is nice and modern too. Location is pretty good if you need to fly out of Komatsu airport.

The onsen was wonderful, the dinner exceptional but the room was not tidy enough
We were missing some towels, the bathroom was too small and the floor too cold -

I was amazed by this hotel! It was not just staying at the next hotel. It was the whole experience starting from checking in, with baths, futons, tea and food! I loved it!

it is full of tradition which is valued, there are a lot of details to admire, the Onsen was great and the food exceptional, the staff were very friendly and I felt welcome and was able to fully arrive in this wonderful country after a long trip. I want to go again.
