What a beautiful hotel!! Our bedroom had views to the lake, it was amazing. The dinner and breakfast were excellent, and the onsen was amazing. We were lucky, at the time we went my daughter and I had the whole onsen to ourselves.

Great Onsen that switches every other day. Excellent japanese food. Also some western choices available. Friendly staff. Wifi in the room. We would come again.

Well taken care of ‘older’ hotel. Just what you expect a Japan-style room to look like with nice new tatami smell. The balcony on the sea-side is an absolute bonus to look over the lake, on Mt. Yotei and the fireworks at night. Nice onsen area. Friendly staff.

Hot spring baths at Toya Kanko Hotel are located in a cave, or indoors and outdoors offering panoramic lake views.
