Serene & affordably priced stay in wonderful little hot springs town. Excellent breakfast, wonderful onsen. Loved the sake bar on site & private nooks to read, sip sake, etc. Great location to explore the little bakeries & area around the hotel. Staff were excellent (spoke no english but this is normal). Loved the welcome drinks and the main room with board games. Very social yet tranquil and considerate space. Room was very warm, perhaps a little small but thats fine. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

The facilities are fantastic with both private and public baths as well as an osen bath in the room. The dinner/breakfast was amazing and the overall feel of the place was fantastic. I would thoroughly recommend this place for families.

Absolutely AMAZING experience!!! The Japanese-style room with tatami is spacious and super clean!!! My kids love the hot spring in the room!! Not to mention the view is awesome! LOVE the breakfast and dinner provided by the hotel which are included in the room fee. So far that is most delicious Japanese food I have ever had. All hotel staff we met were super friendly!! We felt touched that they remember all our preferences! Feels like we are at home!!

This was one of the best hotels I've stayed in Japan. The rooms are beautiful, spacious yet cozy. The private onsen in the bathroom was absolutely divine, not to mention the property also has indoor and outdoor onsens attached (both great). The futons were like sleeping on clouds and we had one of the best night's sleep of our lives. The dinner at the restaurant was a delicious and wonderful experience. The guest lounge on the ground floor was also a great place to relax and refresh. I wish I had stayed more than one night.
