Modern and cosy hotel just 100m from slopes. Very convenient location. Close to skating ring and restaurants. Renovated with unique vintage style. Great lobby and bar area. Loved chess and free cake for goûter. Nice restaurant with delicious cuisine. Friendly and welcoming staff. Big and warm swimming pool. Well equipped gym. Looking forward for renovated sauna, hammam and hot spring (the only non/renovated parts).
The spa and facilities is good, especially the outdoor onsen surrounded by the snow alps. Staffs are helpful and friendly too.
The free pass to the cable car and hot spring pool is very nice. The lady in the hotel restaurant is super kind to offer me an ice bucket and a beautiful glass when I just asked for the wine opener. Thank you
The location is 5 minutes walking from the Zermatt station and in a quieter side from the Main Street. There is a supermarket near the hotel and also very convenient to buy stuffs if you want. The pool, spa, sauna and onsen are very well equipped, I quite enjoyed my time and relaxing after all day outdoor activities. Staffs are helpful and friendly.
A great hotel to stay - where wellness and relaxation is a must. The spa is a must try - it has sauna, Turkish bath, hot spring pool and jacuzzi. The room is spacious and well appointed
Every little detail is well thought out from services to in room products. The Japanese onsen pool is just perfect after a long day of hiking. The morning mediation and yoga classes are invigorating. The breakfast at the Bazaar is sumptuous and the shaksouka one of the best.
The breakfast was lovely! We had read lots of bad reviews regarding the breakfast but we loved it. They had lots of traditional breakfast foods plus a swiss touch on it. Lots of options for hot drinks and a good balanced breakfast to set you up right for the day. The location was good- right next to the train station. We used the sauna on our last evening, which we needed due to all of our walking and sore legs.
tbe hot springs
very clean and good traditional breakfast (cereals, eggs and cheese)
