Easy to find. No nonsense kind of place. It was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Good price too.

Everything was exceptional. I read other comments and was very hesitant but it’s all nonsense. The staff were more than polite and helpful. Breakfast staff were so kind and lovely. Our room was very clean there’s nothing negative I can say. If I travel to Birmingham again I’d stay in this hotel again.

We loved our meal and breakfast. The room was delightful and staff were all so friendly. During our breakfast another couple were upset they couldn't sit in the birdcage. The lady who dealt with them had the patience of a saint, remained polite and calm at all times, despite their nonsensical reasons for upset! Gold star for the lovely blonde head restaurant lady (sorry I don't know her name!)

Decent size room, ready on arrival. Relatively quiet inside and outside. Friendly staff. Just a couple of minutues from the airport (which is in total disarray due to the usual construction nonsense and will be for the foreseeable future). I didn't eat at the restaurant. You can get to the centre of B'ham in 20 mins on the frequent trains and drink and eat there unless you're really bushed or pushed for time.

Breakfast was excellent - an amazing choice including smoked salmon and fresh cooked omelettes as well as the traditional breakfast fare. Best breakfast we've had on a UK city break.
