You could choose from three options + there was a small western style buffet. The staff was very attentive and helpful. There was always someone there to take care of you. The onsen was beautiful. The lounge was comfortable with things to do, e.g. draw calligraphy, make origami, sip some tea or sake after the onsen. A small well- equipped gift shop, too. Good restaurants nearby.

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. The whole onsen experience was amazing. From the reception to being introduced to the room. We had yukata's (traditional home garments). Our private onsen was great. The room was beautiful, The futon bed super comfy. The food was OMG.... literally Michelin star (and I've bee at Michelin star restaurants). Staff was extremely helpful and assisted us booking travel to any place around. The location was great to just take a stroll and discover the Kawaguchi lake.
