Each room includes a fridge, private toilet, and guests bathe at the hot-spring baths. Japanese-style futon bedding on a tatami (woven-straw) floor is provided. Yukata robes are offered for guests. The food was great, each meal was made up of various dishes, typically japanese. The view of the lake and mount fuji from the room and the public bath was breathtaking. The staff was very kind and helpful. They can pick you up from the station and drop you off too. The room was clean and quite large, more than enough for a couple.

The warm ambiance is further enhanced by local artists' paintings adorning the walls. We went as a group and we loved the ryokan. It was very spacious, everything was very clean, and it was conveniently located near the bus station, the train station, and the city center where most of the shopping takes place. The rooms were the most spacious we stayed in throughout Japan, and the staff were all very kind. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, comfortable rooms, outstanding staff!!!! Breakfast is wonderful, and the public baths were great. Lovely touches like sake tasting and yukata assistance were much apprciated.

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. It features traditional Japanese cuisine served in the dining area, suites with in-room hot springs and a garden. Everything, from the front desk, staff, facilities in general, the upgrade room to president room and so on, also I would like to highlight here the special attention from Veronica, who took care the services in our breakfast and dinner, she was amazing!! Very polite and courteous with us.
