This hotel has really good wibe.

While it’s part of a chain, it still felt authentic. Very spacious rooms, impeccable cleanliness. The onsen is one of the best we’ve experienced, with a view of ghe mountains. The food was so generous, prepared with the highest level of attention to sourcing local ingredients, respecting seasonal produce, and balancing flavors. This was a really lovely stay.

Featuring great views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, Konanso boasts natural hot spring baths and large Japanese-style rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring. It is only a 2-minute walk from a ferry stop, where guests can board sightseeing cruises. Free WiFi is offered in all areas. I had a 2 night stay in Konanso. The staff is very welcoming and polite, maybe it helps that i speak Japanese. However, they also speak English. Rooms are spacious, clean and with wonderful views. There is a person in charge of your stay that will bring you dinner each night and ask if you need anything. Dinner served at the bedroom is delicious, and the onsen is gorgeous. Would recommend 10/10. Breakfast is also excellent, with western and japanese food.

A personal attendant ensures the guests' comfort. Nice staff! excellent Japanese dinner and breakfast.

The air-conditioned rooms at Hotel Asafuji have Shoji paper screens and a low table with floor chairs and cushions. Each room includes a fridge, private toilet, and guests bathe at the hot-spring baths. Japanese-style futon bedding on a tatami (woven-straw) floor is provided. Yukata robes are offered for guests. Amazing view from the hotel and staff we very nice and helpful. Masks at the hotel were delicious and everything was clean and organized. The hotel also provided transportation to and from the train station. Location was convenient and right at a bus stop.

Just 250 metres from Zenko-ji Temple, Matsuya Ryokan offers simple Japanese rooms with tatami-mat floors, a green-tea maker and an attached Western bathroom. The hotel features public baths.

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. It features traditional Japanese cuisine served in the dining area, suites with in-room hot springs and a garden. It was very great! Had a very warm welcome from the staffs and the place was beautiful! The onsen also worth the price.
