Very comfortable room, I like the futon and pillow, I slept perfectly and the open-air bath was nice

The scenes were picturesque. There was an onsen. Staff were really nice and helpful. Close to the bus stop and a lot of restaurants in the area. Would absolutely recommend if you can pay the price!

Situated a 10-minute walk from lively Kawaramachi area, Kyomachiya Ryokan Sakura Urushitei offers Japanese-style accommodation with modern facilities and traditional design. It provides a tour desk and a bar on the ground floor. Free WiFi is available in all areas. The staff were exceptional, so helpful and gave lots of tips for things to do. We especially liked the warm welcome every evening we arrived back to the ryokan . The interior feels really authentic Japanese and it was fantastic to experience a traditional Japanese room to sleep. The ryokan was so close to most of the major sites and metro/train stations. We cannot recommend this ryokan enough. A rating of 10 is not high enough!

Some units in the ryokan have private entrance and are equipped with wardrobe and tatami. Units are complete with a private bathroom, while certain units at the ryokan also provide guests with a seating area. The private outdoor bath was amazing. Beautiful room design and decorations. Large and comfortable room with a complimentary minibar. Great hospitality from the staff. Highly recommend the breakfast option. 10/10 location 5 minutes walk from gojo and Kyoto station

Situated 500 metres from Gion Shijo Station, Kyoto no Yado Gion no Tsuki in Kyoto features rooms with air conditioning and free WiFi. This 5-star ryokan offers a lift and full-day security. The accommodation provides a housekeeping service and private check-in and check-out for guests. Staffs were young and friendly, super clean, meals were nice ,very good experience highly recommend.

This 4-star ryokan offers a lift and free shuttle service. There is a restaurant serving Japanese cuisine, and free private parking is available. Everything was top notch, from accommodation to the very friendly and helpful staff. Object has shuttle bus that will take you to JR Kameoka which is great way to get back to Kyoto. Much recommended
