Massage service is also provided at a surcharge. Luggage storage is offered, while laundry service is offered at an additional charge. The stay exceeded our expectations. The location was convenient, the room was wonderful (and much larger than it appeared in the pictures), and the futon beds were comfortable. We also appreciated the helpful and accommodating staff, and enjoyed relaxing in the onsen. We would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing hotel, a real roykan with an amazing staff that will help with whatever you need. We even got a dvd and watched movies!! And when it rained they waited for us with umbrellas. Felt like a princess 😍

The scenes were picturesque. There was an onsen. Staff were really nice and helpful. Close to the bus stop and a lot of restaurants in the area. Would absolutely recommend if you can pay the price!

Seikoro Ryokan is located in Kyoto, a 7-minute drive from JR Kyoto Station. Featuring traditional Japanese-style accommodation, it offers a public bath and massage services. Free Wi-Fi access is available at the entire property. The staff is super kind and helpful, the property is very pretty and everything is very typical. There are two onsens available for the guests (a male one and another for women) with very good conditions. We could opt from a japanese breakfast and a continental breakfast, so we chose the first one. Super complete and with a lot of dishes, if you haven’t tried and are ok with trying different food types, you definitely should go for the japanese breakfast. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Ryokan Sumiya Kihoan offers a hot spring bath and a hot tub, as well as air-conditioned accommodation in Kameoka, 13 km from Oyamazumi Shrine. This 4-star ryokan offers a lift and free shuttle service. There is a restaurant serving Japanese cuisine, and free private parking is available. An outstanding place to stay for a relaxing couple of days. The rooms are beautiful, the food is exceptional and the service is next level.
