My stay in Ryokan Yamanami is excellent. The staffs are all nice and approachable. The foods are all delicious and it’s all different in my 3 night’s stay. My room Is very spacious and I love the private onsen. Location is walkable from the station. And it’s a good exercise to walked from Ryokan to lake Kirinko. I will definitely be back next time. 😊

Private onsen is perfect for a family with kids and elderly. We stayed here for 2 nights with great variety of food.

It is located 26 km from Crasus Dome Oita and features a lift. The ryokan offers rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Very helpful and kind staff. Food was amazing. Felt like home.

The property features sea and mountain views, and is 26 km from Crasus Dome Oita. The ryokan also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Such a lovely hotel with a luxury feel. The inside and outside baths were amazing and really comfy bed. Also walkable to visit the hells which was great

A balcony with garden views is offered in each unit. At the ryokan, units have bed linen and towels. Our stay was wonderful - we wished we could’ve stayed more than one night! The room was even better than the listing pictures suggested, the staff was so kind and helpful, and we felt very well taken care of. We had a slight issue figuring out how to keep our onsen hot and it was fixed right away. I completely recommend staying here. Every room has its own private bath, and all the rooms are separate buildings. It’s so private and relaxing. We accessed the property with a car and it was incredibly easy. We didn’t opt for the kaiseki dinner, but breakfast was fantastic!

Guests at the ryokan can enjoy an Asian breakfast. The ryokan is located in a geothermal area, with a number of hot springs nearby for guests to relax in. Lovely cabin with very friendly staff. Pickup service offered from Sasaguri Station was very convenient and appreciated as the location is a bit out of the way. The beds were very comfortable and the in-suite onsen was so lovely (although very very hot at first but you can add cold water - give it 5 to 10 minutes depending on your heat tolerance).

Ideally situated in the Yufuin Onsen district of Yufu, Yufuin Tsuru no Yu is situated 1 km from Kinrinko Lake, 26 km from Beppu Station and 37 km from Oita Station. The property has mountain and city views, and is 47 km from Crasus Dome Oita. The ryokan features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Nice breakfast, clean room, and friendly staff. It is near the Yufuin Comico Art Museum, which is worth a visit.

Featuring a shared lounge, the 2-star ryokan has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. Owner is very nice and helpful. She really makes the place wonderful. House onsen is good if you do not like to go to public one. Jigokudani walk is very close. Room is super big and futon very comfortable. House is old Japanese but very nice.

Ideally set in the Yufuin Onsen district, this ryokan provides an open-air bath, as well as a public bath. The accommodation features luggage storage space and a housekeeping service for guests. Wonderful onsen ryokan in the outskirts of Yufuin, with incredibly friendly staff and a beautiful view of Mt Yufu. The food is soooo good! We stayed for two night and had two different dinner courses, both of which were lovely. The outdoor bath in the room Botan was a highlight as well — so lovely to relax in the bath with a view of the valley and mountains.

The quality of onsen is absolutely high quality. The place is very charming and is relaxing.
