Beautiful ryokan in a lovely little town. Staff were wonderful and facilities excellent - very comfortable and romantic stay in a traditional experience. Had a great time soaking in the hot pools under the stars in the forested area at night. Special experience with the mixed outdoor bath with the waterful in front, very pretty and made many happy memories. Thanks so much!

This ryokan is a peaceful oasis where everything is perfect: the quiet atmosphere, the warmth of the owners, the beauty and comfort of the room, the luxury of the private onsen, and the delicious breakfasts and dinner. Moreover, Beppu is a wonderful little place and I've fallen in love with it. My stay at Manrikiya was beyond my expectation. As I told the owners: it was a dream come true, 夢が叶いました! どうもありがとうございます

Very nice room, good Service with tips what to do in beppu. The pictures don't do the room justice. The stay itself was just lovely. I recommened to stay for the beppu onsen matsuri.

The private onsen rooms were amazing. Our room had 2 private (one indoor and one outdoor onsen) plus the main bath house. Staff is amazing and so friendly.

Kominka neri（古民家煉り） bevindt zich op 12 km van Azenomachi Ehon Museum en 13 km van Ino Tensho Kotai Jingu Shrine, en heeft kamers met airconditioning en een eigen badkamer in Miyawaka. The room is very big may be the biggest room i have in every trip in Japan. The Kotetsu table so comfy. Bath room very chill i bath the hot spring everyday day and night. Environment around hotel is very beautiful and peaceful love to walk around in the morning when sunlight hit the park. And the reception so nice they try so much to connect with foreigner. This makes me feel so comfy. I really enjoy this trip.

Beppu Kannawa Onsen HIROMIYA ligt in Beppu, op 26 km van Oita Bank Dome, en biedt uitzicht op de stad. After staying in various hotels in Japan, I got to stay in Beppu Hiromiya for a night, and woa, what a difference it made. Miho, the host, is kind and sweet beyond words. She welcomes you with the warmth of a friend and the care of a grandma. Though she doesn’t speak English fluently, she does her best to provide all the helpful information about what to do in the area. A trip to a foreign country would not be complete without meeting kind and genuine locals. Meeting Miho has made my trip to Japan complete. Other highlights of staying in Hiromiya: - Near bus station and tourist information office. When you arrive at Beppu station, take a bus from station 3 and it will take you very close to the place. - Short walk from here to the best three hells of Beppu. Though it’s popular to see all 7 hells, I don’t think it’s necessary. Better to spend more time in less locations. - The steam on this road is beautiful during the day and at night. - Kannawa Hot Spring is next door which offers a very unique herbal steam experience that detox your whole body. You can get a discount ticket from Hiromiya. - There’s a small onsen on site if you don’t want to go out - Room is spacious and traditional

Akarinoyado Togetsu is gelegen in Beppu, op 26 km van Oita Bank Dome, en biedt accommodatie met een restaurant, gratis privéparkeren en een bar. Everything! Delicious breakfast and dinner, spacious room, good facilities and very kind staffs. Especially the staffs, we arrived there in windy and cold day. They let us early check in without any surcharge and helped us to make reservation for next day trip. They were so nice and kind. It was very good experience there for my family thanks to the staffs. Highly recomended !!!
