To hotel is just a short walk away from the lake with the most beautiful view onto Mt Fuji. The hotel had plenty of parking and the whole building was spotless. We loved our stay there and would absolutely come back

He picked up from bus stop and dropped off too. The hospitality is everything! 100% you should experience it. We rent classic Japanese style room with a view and it was worth it! When we were dinning in shared space the host offered us water, tea and chopsticks - very kind of him! Onsen - stunning! The hotel provides you with towels and Yukata for both men and women. Every corner of this place was clean. They take care of their property a lot!

The hotel may look unassuming from the outside, but inside it’s an old, incredibly charming, and immaculately clean place. The hotel owner is extremely friendly and accommodating. We were able to reserve the private onsen right away. The rooms are enormous, designed in a traditional style, and truly spacious, with seating areas that offer direct views of the lake and, of course, Mount Fuji. It’s absolutely breathtaking. The onsen is also a dream, offering a direct view of Mount Fuji. The kaiseki dinner was the most beautiful and freshest we’ve ever had. All in all, during our 7-week trip through Japan, we didn’t stay at a more beautiful hotel!
