The location was great for what I needed, as it was really near to the Hells of Beppu which I wanted to visit. The tatami room was a great size, and the shared bathroom was very clean. The staff were lovely and the private onsen was a great bonus!!

Free beer in the lobby and onsen eggs outside the entrance. The footbath on the roof is always awesome. The onsens are great (including the in-room onsen). The room itself is excellent. The staff is exceptional. It was our second time visiting this ryokan and as we were leaving, one of the staff members said she recognized us from last year because we were in the lobby drinking beer again, so that gave us a good laugh!

Beautiful ryokan with five stars facilities and services. Rooms are super nice with private and beautiful onsen in every room. All staffs were very nice, especially the lady named June (very lovely). Food is excellent on both meals. We highly recommend this beautiful ryokan for those who are looking for special place in their itinerary.

Beppu Kannawa Onsen HIROMIYA ligt in Beppu, op 26 km van Oita Bank Dome, en biedt uitzicht op de stad. The host was very kind and accommodating. Makes an extra effort for the guest.

The dinner and breakfast both exceeded our expectations as did all staff we encountered. Appreciated the shuttle back to the station after we checked out.

Wonderful onsen ryokan in the outskirts of Yufuin, with incredibly friendly staff and a beautiful view of Mt Yufu. The food is soooo good! We stayed for two night and had two different dinner courses, both of which were lovely. The outdoor bath in the room Botan was a highlight as well — so lovely to relax in the bath with a view of the valley and mountains.

Yufuin Onsen Tsukanoma is aantrekkelijk gelegen in de wijk Yufuin Onsen in Yufu, en is gelegen op 1,8 km van Kinrinko Meer, 28 km van station Beppu en 40 km van station Oita. I recently stayed at this onsen resort in Yufuin and it was hands down the best onsen experience I've ever had! The rooms were incredibly spacious, equipped with everything we could possibly need, including a microwave and all cooking essentials. The private outdoor onsen was simply spectacular, offering a serene and private escape. It felt like having our own private villa in the heart of nature. Yufuin itself is a charming town, adding to the overall magic of the stay. What's even more surprising is the affordability of this luxurious retreat. Having stayed in much pricier onsen resorts before, this one stands head and shoulders above the rest. I can't wait to return to this little piece of paradise in Japan. Highly recommended!
