The location is very convenient, being close to Sint Pieters, not so far from the center and having access to public transportation. The host Bart is friendly and helps with food&drinks recommendations, as well as touristic places to visit. You may also scan the QR codes in your room to get some suggestions for things to do in Gent. The place is clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen had lots of things in case you would like some tea or coffee or eat there. I would definitely think of staying here again if I am to revisit Gent in the future.

The host is super nice and caring, she even made me a toasts in the morning which was not included in my reservation! House has a style and you can feel that there is classy person behind the designing, oh and everything smells super nice. I would recommend Efes Home for everybody, seeking great price quality ratio and a nice peaceful location with an extraordinary host.

It is located in a fantastic location allowing easy access to central Ghent by tram, caught a few metres down the road, whilst being situated out of the congestion zone. Olivier, the host, is fab with his communication and useful information. He met us in person when checking in and was welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be booking to come again!

The apartment is unique – well appointed, very comfortable, and conveniently located close to Ghent’s main attractions. The historic building combined with the stunning interior design made the stay truly memorable. Communication with the host was prompt and very friendly. The added convenience of a Carrefour just a few meters from the entrance was a real bonus. This has been my best stay in Ghent so far.

It was ready earlier than planned check in, the owner prepared for us bottle of Cava nicely cooled in the fridge, bottles of water for each person and also local special sweets! She was very kind, helpful, showed what is around and recommended where to go. But that view from the apartment was something very special, absolutely worth the money!

What a great find. Loved the location with 5-10 minute walk to all of the action. The ground floor apartment was spacious and comfortable. Good WiFi Fantastic warm croissants and bread outside your door in the morning and the fridge was stocked with eggs, butter, milk, yoghurts and jams. Mini supermarket 1 minute walk if you needed anything else for your kitchenette. Host was very friendly and informative.

Really wonderful decor that has been superbly kitted out. Quality of the fittings and kitchenware was faultless. Lots of natural light makes it a really nice space in the summer. Really good location very close to all the sites of Ghent. It's also opposite a fantastic fruit & veg shop and a few doors away from a supermarket meaning a very practical location if you are self-catering.

A well appointed apartment within walking distance of central Ghent. There were lots of cooking utensils for self catering and the kitchen and living area were spacious. The bed was big and comfortable. The apartment was very clean and modern.

The apartment is spacious and adequately equipped with kitchen utensils for self-catering. The scenery of the river from one of the bedrooms is fabulous. It is also close to the city centre - shops, cafes and restaurants are just a stone’s throw.
