Self Catering Accommodation in Copacabana

We cannot rate this hotel highly enough. It may be the best place we have ever stayed. The attention to detail is incredible. The room, location and views are stunning. Fire ready to be lit in the room. Kettle in the room with an abundance of tea and coffee. Hot water and good water pressure in the shower. The bed was super comfortable and warm. Plenty of plugs for charging cameras etc. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Helped us to our room with our bags and supported us with any issues we had. On site they have alpacas and you can feed them. A great experience with the beautiful bay as a backdrop. My wife felt sick from the altitude, Martin helped her with oxygen, offered more food and drinks. Even offered us a suite to rest in free of charge whilst we waited for our bus. Again, I can't recommend this place enough. It's a must visit if you're in Copacabana. Thanks for having us.

The only possible score for this place is a 10! We absolutely loved the whimsical and fun design of the villas. Each suite is huge and completely separate from the next so you get a real sense of space. The views over the lake are beautiful, we watched the sunset over the lake from our hammocks on our private balcony. There is also a common area with free filtered water, always a bonus not having to worry about purchasing bottled water. The staff were really helpful and even let us check in early. It meant we got nearly a full 24 hours in the suite but it wasn't enough. I wish we had planned a longer stay here!

The hostess was super friendly and spoke good understandable Spanish. The room and the complete hostal were very clean. The shower had hot/warm water. The breakfast was nice, better than what we had a restaurants in Copacabana. In a nutshell, choose this one!
