We liked everything. It was a joy to stay in Banff Basecamp Suites over Christmas. I was hard to actually pack our stuff and leave. The view of the mountains every morning was stunning.

The staff member that checked us in was great and very helpful. We stayed in one of the "lodges" and was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. It had a chalet type feel and the full kitchen was perfect for the stay we were looking for. The location was also great and easy to get around town.

The appt is exactly as it's shown on the photo, very new and clean. Even we have not met any staffs, the instruction received to check-in and guidance for parking is very clear so we do not have any issue with that. Very good price to stay in Canmore and for sure will stay again next time!

The apartment had all what I needed to enjoy my stay. lot's of instructions to help me check-in and out with no raised questions. I basically felt home :) I would definitely book again.

Hello everyone. A lot of staff were incredible. Facilities exceeded my expectations. Separate entrance gives us the opportunity to be free and not disturb anyone. The landlady was incredibly hospitable, always asking if we needed anything. The apartments were so clean. We were filled like we arrived at our grandparents house. Thank you.
