I really loved my stay at Casa Conti and the marvelous room, it has such a spectacular and a very close view on lake Maggiore that makes the place extra special, and the rooms has a very fine taste spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. I highly recommend this exceptionally beautiful place and the very kind and hospital Family Conti that are always very responsive and present and very caring.

Wanda was a wonderful host! We arrived late and did not have time to shop for food, so she gave our kids some of her cereal bars :) The property is located in a residential area, across the street from a park. It is very calm. You will need to drive (or public transit) to Locarno, but is close to the centre of Ascona and there are groceries a short drive away and easy access to other routes. The apartment was very clean and everything looks new. Our family of five was very comfortable there. We recommend!

Location View from apartment Hostess -Esmeralda- who managed the property was incredible! She went out of her way to make the stay as comfortable for us as possible. I requested to order a cake for my dads birthday and she went above and beyond to sort that out. Property gorgeous! Huge two rooms and super clean. Views to the lake are stunning. Breakfast was great, in particular local cheese, which I like but a lot was available, boiled eggs, bread and toppings, yogurt, cereals, coffee and much more. More me the location was perfect, because I needed to go to Monte Verità on a daily basis but I did not come by car. It is a much more difficult trip from the Ascona side up the hill. The staff were very polite and helpful, probably more so than in any other place I have been to. I even received a few locally made chocolate bars as a gift upon leaving. Because it is a rather small place and the staff is apparently multiple friends that run the business together, the staff-to-customer rate was extremely high. Because I was there for work, I really didn't have time to do things such as swim in the swimming pool, but the garden and pool area looked really nice.
