This is the perfect place to stay if you want to get to know the real Sal and its people. The owners went above and beyond to make me feel not only welcome, but truly at home. The room was super comfy, and the food was always delicious (be sure to try one of Candida's secret recipes for dinner, if you get the chance). I was provided with all the help and advice I needed in order to explore the island, and Candida and Martin personally took me to places that only local people know about. If, like me, you prefer a quiet, remote beach over those crowed, touristy ones: there's a small one just a short bicycle ride away – although I usually opted for a walk through to beautiful steppe landscape to get there. If you prefer spending your days with the other tourists down in the south of the island: Santa Maria beach is only 20 minutes by bus – which may sound complicated at first, but is actually super fun and convenient (and it only costs 1 Euro). I could go on praising this place for two weeks (which is actually the amount of time I stayed), but I'll just stop here – not without saying: Thank you, Candida & Martin, for the wonderful time at kleine schweiz! Really nice appartement. With all the necessities. An iron would appreciated much but it’s all good! The pool was great by the way!!! Contact with the host was really nice. Very well located, friendly host. For me, it's 10/10. I had a late arrival, the host was great for his welcome. She was waiting for me to give me the keys. The apartment is superb, very clean with all the necessary comfort, quiet, not far from the city centre and not far from the airport. The quality/price ratio is excellent. For my next stay on the island of Sal, I will go back there with pleasure if it is available.

We traveled as a family and the apartment was just what we were looking for: comfortable, well-equipped, and peaceful. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, the facilities were above expectations and the pool was great and the security of the place was impeccable. Our stay at this beautiful apartment was nothing short of magical, and it was made even more special by the exceptional care we received. Nelice, who took care of us during our stay, was unbelievably sweet and attentive. She made sure that we had everything we needed and always checked in to make sure we were comfortable. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished and had an incredible location, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. The real highlight, however, was the rooftop. With a swing and an outdoor shower, it was the perfect spot to relax and watch the most breathtaking sunsets. We felt like we were in paradise. The little touches that made our stay even more memorable were truly appreciated—water and snacks were always available for us, and upon arrival, we were gifted with cute shell bracelets as a warm welcome. To top it off, at the end of our stay, Nelice and the team kindly drove us to the airport and gave us a small souvenir to remember our time there by. We had five magical days that we will never forget, and the value for money was outstanding. We would come back here in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing getaway. It was an absolutely wonderful experience!
