Excellent location, about 200m from Plaza Mayor. Supermarkets nearby, (DIA & Carrefour), metro station also, (La Latina). The Host was very helpful and received promptly every information we required. Easy to reach most attractions. Would choose it again for a stay in Madrid.

Very clean, comfortable and well appointed apartments. Close to everything, central location. The reception staff were always friendly, helpful and approachable. The building is kept very clean. Cozy and warm apartment with everything you need for your stay. Comfortable beds. Obviously a bit of noise from outside but with the central location this is expected, nothing that bothered us though. Good facilities. Would highly recommend. I would return when going back to Madrid.

Arenal Suites is a must go for any travelers going to Madrid. It’s convenient spot located right in the middle of Calle de Arenal allows tourists to be of walking distance to all of the amazing attractions. A mall with a supermarket is located only a few steps away, leaving hungry travelers with the perfect place to grab groceries to cook in the amazingly stocked kitchen with all the supplies needed. Every resource, every appliance is very well thought out in the apartment, giving travelers a comfortable and a functional place to stay. If you want to go to Madrid, stay at Arenal. Make sure to say hi to Christan for us, because he was the best point person for any questions about restaurants, attractions or the suite in itself. 5 stars

We selected this hotel mainly because of the kitchenette in the room, as our son is very picky on food so it was easier to just cook for him. Grocery shopping was pretty easy with a shop just 2mins walk away. The hotel is situated in a very central area, just a few minutes walk from Plaza de Espana and Gran Via. The staff was very polite and super helpful and was easy to communicate in english with them. Room was spacious with all the specified amenities, it was very clean and the housekeeping stuff was very polite too.

Exceptional hotel. Very clean and the beds are amazing. Also a perfect breakfast with people that are smiling always. The position is central, only 15 min from Puerta del Sol, 5 min from Royal Palace. Near it is a small restaurant (I think it is the hotel's restaurant because it is called Vienna too) with very good prices and decent food. We will return!

The hotel's location was absolutely perfect- situated in a beautiful neighborhood and close to everything. The room was spotless and cleanliness was clearly a top priority throughout the hotel.
