This accommodation was truly warm and homely. Everything we could possibly need was there – including a washing machine and dryer – and the host had thoughtfully provided all the necessary laundry supplies. The apartment had a lovely balcony, and the whole building was peaceful and quiet, creating a very calming atmosphere. We chose this place because we have a dog in our family, and he was genuinely welcome here – something that meant a lot to us. Thanks to this accommodation, we were able to enjoy our trip to the fullest. It really felt like home – every evening it was such a pleasure to return and settle in for a peaceful night’s sleep. The house was absolutely beautiful and the location was great with a short walking distance to Mariehamn main street. There was a lot of space for 3 adults (could have easily fit 4 adults as well). The bedrooms are on the different sides of the apartment and the master bedroom had an ensuite bathroom. We loved the huge bed in the master bedroom and also the beautiful garden in the backyard of the house. The host, Kim, was very lovely and helpful and made us feel like home.
